Team & roles
The Team view shows the members, roles, and usage for your organization's
workspace. It is available to workspace admins.
Roles
| Role | What it can do |
| Admin | Full access, including team management and workspace settings |
| Reviewer | Read everything, plus disposition findings, run reviews, and upload documents |
| Viewer | Read-only — write controls are hidden, and mutating actions are refused |
Every member belongs to exactly one organization workspace; reviews,
dispositions, and audit history are isolated per organization.
Adding members
- Send invite emails the person a set-password link; they choose their password on first visit.
- Alternatively, save a member directly to pre-provision access before they first sign in.
If your organization uses single sign-on, members sign in with the company
identity provider and their role comes from your IT configuration.
Usage & limits
The Team view also shows your workspace's usage against its limits — reviews
run, documents stored, and member seats.
