Semper Review is a private workspace — visit your organization's Semper URL
and sign in from the landing page.
Email and password — enter your credentials. If your account has
multi-factor authentication enabled, you'll be prompted for a one-time code
after your password.
Single sign-on — if your organization uses an identity provider, use the
SSO option and sign in with your company account.
Invited by a teammate? Your invite email contains a welcome link where
you set your password before first sign-in. If the link has expired or was
already used, ask your administrator to send a new invite.
Forgot your password? Use the password-reset link on the sign-in form to
receive a reset email.
After signing in you land in the product workspace. Choose a product from the
product switcher when your organization has more than one. The primary
navigation keeps the active product close at hand; expand Workspace for
the shared Assurance Graph, standards or specifications, profiles, and audit
trail. Use the Account menu for settings, team options when available, and
Sign out when you're done. Sessions also expire automatically after a
period of inactivity, and an expired session returns you to the sign-in form
with a note saying why.
When a release includes changes relevant to your role and available products,
Semper opens a non-blocking What's new brief after sign-in. Choose Got
it to acknowledge the release, or Remind me later to see it again in a
week. The brief remains available from Help > What's new after you close
or acknowledge it.
Your first review
If multiple products are available, choose Drawing Review in the
product switcher. Otherwise, open the Reviews / Drawing Review
workspace, then click Add drawing (or drag a file anywhere onto the
Review view).
Semper uploads the document locally and starts the review automatically.
When the review completes, findings appear boxed on the drawing — click one
to see its evidence and disposition controls.
Don't have a file handy? In an eligible admin or demo workspace, click
Sample data to explore the product with demo content — no uploads required.
Getting help
Help — opens a menu with What's new, Getting started, Documentation,
Release notes, and Feedback.
Learn more — each workspace view links to its matching documentation
page.
Keyboard shortcuts — press ? anywhere in Reviews, Findings, or
Material Certs, or see Keyboard shortcuts.
Feedback — sends a note to the Semper team with your workspace and
current view attached. Please don't include drawing content that shouldn't
leave your organization.
To start a Material Cert review instead, choose Material Certs. The main
action becomes Add MTR and opens MTR intake, where you can add a certificate
and the applicable specification.
