Sharing & exports
Semper keeps the record portable: reviews, packets, and graphs can leave the
tool when you need them to, and every export lands in the
audit trail.
Drawing files
- On a PDF Drawing Review, select Create annotated PDF. Semper creates a versioned annotated copy with finding markers and a finding register; it does not overwrite the original source PDF.
- The page lists Original PDF and Annotated PDF separately after the annotated copy is ready, so you can download the source or the review copy you need.
Exporting Material Cert results
- On a completed Material Cert result, Export packet is the single export action. It collects the certificate, specification requirements, compliance matrix, and dispositions into one record for your quality files.
- Export JSON on the Assurance Graph downloads the evidence graph structure.
- The Standards Console and Documents views also support exporting their contents, including a ZIP export you can re-import elsewhere.
Sharing with suppliers
On a completed drawing or Material Cert review, open the page Share menu
and choose Share with supplier when it is available to your role. The
link opens a read-only corrective-action view without a Semper account —
useful for sending a non-compliance back with the relevant evidence attached.
Supplier shares are listed with the review and can be revoked at any time.
Creating and revoking shares is recorded in the audit trail.
Sharing inside your team
The Share menu on the review page can copy a link to the current review.
The link deep-links: a signed-in teammate opens the same document, the same
sheet, and the same selected finding you were looking at. Their available
actions still follow their role and workspace access.
